From new to recycled pallets, every builder in our teams has a personalized barcode applied to each pallet, putting their name on their work along with other information about the pallet, like size or grade. These barcodes are scanned at multiple points in our process, ensuring no pallets are mixed up or lost. After construction, our pallets are then checked by no less than two additional people for correct quality and labeling as they’re sorted and loaded for shipments.
